Bret Michaels, lead singer of the rock band Poison and star of VH1 reality TV show "Rock of Love," is searching for children to send to diabetic camp. Michaels, a diabetic since the age of six, helps pay to send kids to diabetic camp, where they can learn about managing the disease and interact with other children that have the disease. It's a great way for kids to realize they are not alone, he says. Michaels credits a diabetes camp he attended as a youngster with helping him to manage his diabetes. To submit a child for consideration, send an email to mailroom@bretmichaels.com with a subject line of "Diabetic Camp".
