With his signature bedazzled tank top and short-shorts nowhere in sight, an almost unrecognizable Richard Simmons went to a doctor's office in Santa Monica on Wednesday wearing a men's t-shirt and full length pants.


Luckily, the 61-year-old was still spotted by his frizztastic perm.
