[Hollywood Dirt] Billy Corgan: Jessica Simpson Is 'Worth Loving'

Billy Corgan is no John Mayer.

When asked by Rolling Stone about Jessica Simpson, the former Smashing Pumpkins frontman riffs on relationships in general but remains discreet about Simpson in particular.

"If I go, 'Oh, we're just friends,' then it's like, 'Did they go out, did he dump her or she dump him, what happened?' It has nothing to do with any of that."

Instead, he says, "Sometimes people just like being around each other, and good things come out of that. My goal in life is to love whoever I think is worth loving, and I think if people knew her like I knew her, they would love her like I do. It's really simple."

[Hollywood Dirt] Nicole Richie & Joel Madden Set a (Fake) Wedding Date

Now that would be a reason to celebrate!

Joel Madden and Nicole Richie recently announced their engagement after keeping it secret for a while. But could they be walking down the aisle soon?

"It's tomorrow," Richie deadpanned, when asked by Ryan Seacrest on the Oscar red carpet if she and Madden had picked a wedding date. But Madden, who is set to deejay inside the ceremony, joked that he wanted to do it right after the telecast. "I thought it [would] be cool to do it here," the rocker said.

While Richie joked with Seacrest that she'd love him to "get ordained" and marry the couple, the starlet was less direct when pushed for more details about the nuptials. And her fiancé was equally tight-lipped.

[Hollywood Dirt] Ikki Twin Won't Be Brought Out of Coma Today

The Ikki Twin who is in a medically induced coma will not be taken out of the coma today as planned ... this according to her manager.

Erica "Rikki" Mongeon -- the "A Double Shot at Love" star who was involved in a car accident earlier this week outside of Pasadena -- was placed in the coma after doctors found blood on her brain after the crash.

According to Rikki's manager, doctors tried to take her off of the meds to reduce the swelling of the brain. But when they did that, the swelling did not subside-- so she's back on the meds

Docs are going to wait a few more days before they try again.

[Hollywood Dirt] Kate Gosselin Busted for Speeding ... Again

We're going find out soon if Kate Gosselin has two left feet, but already know she's got one lead foot -- because she was busted again for speeding.

Gosselin got a ticket on February 21 in Latimore Township, PA for going 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. But Kate didn't let it linger -- she pled guilty just five days later and paid a $155.50 fine.

Kate did almost the exact same thing back in November 2009 and paid a $109.50 fine.

Some people can hold it. Kelly Clarkson is not one of those people.



Kelly was performing in Germany on Friday night when she mysteriously disappeared from the stage during a song. The band covered for her for a bit before she finally returned. She finished the song and then admitted, "I'm really sorry, I had to pee."
